Working as a computer technician makes you realize just how many people who are using computer's each and everyday do not fully understand everything that is going on with their system. It's frustrating for a user when their computer begins to run slowly or begin to freeze on them. You work with them to try and make the system work normally again but sometimes the errors are just to much and you have to reformat.
